  1. Where do your products come from?
    1. Our Incontinence, hygiene and disinfection products are imported from Germany.  We do not repack these products locally thus maintaining its quality.

ORDERS

  1. How do I know if the order was placed successfully?
    1. We highly recommend that you create an account with us to help ensure proper delivery.  As soon as you finish entering your order details, you should receive a virtual receipt. A confirmation email will be sent to your valid email address including the information that you submitted. If you do not receive an email within an hour upon placing your order, please notify us at support@linato.ph.

  2. Can I cancel my order after it has been submitted?
    1. Order cancellation is not allowed.  We allow refunds and exchange only for defective items and items delivered with less than 6 months expiration.
